Introduction
The Bose QuietComfort 3 headphones are the on-ear sequel to the wildly popular QuietComfort 2s. And like many movie sequels, it’s much of the same thing; good active noise cancellation, but only middling sound quality.
In terms of qualities, these headphones can go just about anywhere. The closed back and active noise cancellation provides good sound isolation. The cancellation can also serve as a pair of dual purpose ear muffs/plugs should you find yourself in a loud, cold environment; you can unplug the cable and they’ll keep on cancelling. These headphones also come with a few adapters to help extend their connectivity, all of which can be corralled nicely in the included traveling case.

$99.954Sennheiser CX 680i
The Sennheiser CX 680i in-ear headphones are a decent set of lower-mid-range headphones with a remote & mic. They don't have the best quality and they're not quite as rugged as we would've expected from a set of in-ears aimed at the gym crew, but they're a great value at $100. Read full 13-part review
