In an effort to get you guys the awesome headphone reviews you salivate for, we've let the Headphone ReviewBot collect dust lately. Allow us to remedy this by quickly summing up our last four reviews. If you like reading, we recommend you read the full reviews. If you hate reading, then you will love this blog post.
Sennheiser CX 300-II

The Sennheiser CX 300-IIs are pretty good headphones. They have good audio quality, are comfortable, and are a good price. They dont' have nice extras like a remote and mic, but are otherwise a solid set of entry-level headphones. |

Apple In-ear Headphones with Remote and Mic
The new Apple headphones are better than their predecessors. They don't have the best audio quality, and they tend to fall out easily. If these headphones were a bargain option, we'd recommend them, but at $80, the Apple In-ear Headphones with Remote and Mic are easily out-classed by competitors. |

Phiaton PS200
The Phiaton PS200s would make a solid set of entry-level headphones. They have good (not great) audio quality, and have some quirks with their fit, but are otherwise solid. Like the Apples above, however, the PS200s are priced well out of their performance category at $250. If you're really itching to pick these up, we highly recommend waiting for a sale. |

Shure SE530
The Shure SE530s was the third set of over-priced headphones we've gotten in a row. In the SE530s case, however, they're objectively good headphones. The main issue we had with them is that they aren't that much greater than the next model down, the Shure SE420s. Since the SE420s offer about the same quality and are a lot cheaper, it's hard to recommend the SE530s even though they have good sound quality. |
